This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how you can return items purchased from SimplyHousehold.co.uk, operated by PEREX GROUP LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”).


1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

  • Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email) is required.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Exemptions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Perishable goods (including food and drink).
  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Sealed goods (such as hygiene products or software) that have been opened after delivery.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may request photographic evidence before authorising a return.
  • Where a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be offered, including any delivery charges paid.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.
  • We reserve the right to make deductions if the returned goods show signs of use, damage, or are not returned in full.

At present, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you will need to return it for a refund and place a new order.
